Shipping locations
Orders placed on avionpower.com are currently available for shipment to the United States and international locations.

Special restrictions or procedures may apply for your destination country.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the option you choose; for online orders we currently offer Ground and 3-day options. If you would like to place an order for a different delivery, please call us at 781-769-9452.
Shipping methods
We use UPS, FedEx and DHL for our shipments and add the shipping cost to your order.
We’re pleased to prepay and add the shipping costs, or we’ll be glad to bill freight charges to your company freight.
Shipping time
All shipments are based on availability. In general, your order should be shipped within 5 business days. If for some reason we are not able to ship in that time period, we will update you as to the status of your order and estimated shipment date.
Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Returns
You may return most unused items sold and shipped by Avion Power within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds may be issued for the following items:
- Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery
- Items that have obvious signs of use
- Items not returned in the condition they were received
Refund timing
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper, to process your return once we receive it, and for your bank to process our refund request. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or would like to exchange an item for a different one, you may do so subject to the returns policy above. In either case, please call us directly at 781-769-9452.
